What kind of computers does this work on?

Are the files stored on the computer that has Snoopert installed?
No. The reason for this is twofold:
1) You don't have to get back on the computer to view the files. Instead you can view them from anywhere.
2) Storing image and video files can take up a ton space, and will eventually slow the computer down.
Does the computer need to be connected to the internet?
Yes. Recordings are only made when the user is online, but the user doesn't have to
be using the internet or using a browser - just connected.
Do I have to be on the computer to install the software?
Not necessarily, but doing this requires some technical knowledge. You do have to be
able to connect to its file system and install as a local user.
Will the user know that the software is running?
How far back can I view the screen's history?
You can go back thirty days. If you want to save videos for greater than thirty days,
you can download the .mp4 files to your own device.
How do I discontinue the service?
To stop using Snoopert please notify us by email or
using the contact us form and we will shut off the service remotely.
What if the user has multiple screens hooked up to one computer?
When the user has multiple screens we record only what we call the "active" screen.
We define the active screen to be the last screen that was clicked or typed on.
Do I have to purchase
Snoopert from the computer I want to monitor?
No, you can purchase
Snoopert from any computer and we'll send you a link to
download and install the software on any computer you like.
